ID Conflict
I'm not quite sure what to do now. Ross has ID'd this as Proctotrupoidea and now Proctos has suggested Ichneumonoidea. Can anyone offer suggestions? Thanks.

Diapriidaeā¦
Seems to fit this family including small size, black and shiny appearance, wings without a stigma and very reduced venation, the elbowed antennae inserted high on the head with the correct amount of segments, spherical head shape, and a petiolate abdomen.
See reference
here.
