Antlion - Myrmeleon exitialis

Antlion - Myrmeleon exitialis
Colorado Springs, El Paso County, Colorado, USA
August 2, 2009
Size: 1 1/8 inch
When I first found this one, I thought it was a dragonfly. But the antenna, and the way it lays it's wings back, may mean it is a fly of some sort. Any ideas?
