This is definitely S. metalli
This is definitely S. metallica. The other species, S. coll*aris, has a red pronotum.

Chrysomelidae: Hispinae
Am not certain, but appears to be a genus in the Hispinae -
Stenispa
maybe
metallica
.

Stenispa
It is very similar to the Stenispa picture you linked, just a different species in the genus. I didn't even think Hispinae, but the antenna must have been the giveaway. Do you think it should be in a guide page for Stenispa, or stay in Hispinae? Thanks Phillip.

Stenispa
The antenna - especially how they are inserted was a dead giveaway. After doing some digging - I think it is safe to add a genus page. I believe you only have the one sp. there.
