Yes, I think it is
Xylotrechus sagittatus
. You can see the little groove on the forehead distinctive for
Xylotrechus
--Gary Bunker, I believe, mentioned this on one of my images. Those marks on the elytra look correct for
sagittatus
, and I think that narrows it down enough.
