Bee Fly - Neacreotrichus - Male
Carr Canyon, Huachuca Mountains, Cochise County, Arizona, USA
August 4, 2009
Possibly in Phthirinae?
On sunflower.
Elevation over 6,000. ft.

Moved
Moved from Phthiriinae.

Moved
Probably Neacreotrichus.

Moved from Bee Flies.

Phthiriinae is certainly a good candidate (note "ii")
To me, venation looks a bit closer to Apolysis. (Geron is very different.)
