INCREDIBLE! Sawfly larva has
INCREDIBLE! Sawfly larva has just hit an all-time high for me at their varity of...looks! I had recently found what looked like a large white 'caterpillar' with a neon blue stripe down it's back and small neon dot on the side....found out it was actuall a sawfly also!
Although not a fan of this family of insect? They are definately an interesting looking group.

Very bizarre looking. I don't know what they are. They're certainly making short work of that leaf.

Great image! They remind us of sawfly larvae
something like but we have some experts here who should be able to give you more information especially since you know the host tree. Great find!
