Nice photos
Looks most like an Oregon Swallowtail, a male I believe.
Papilio machaon oregonius
There are a few details that make it look like an Anise Swallowtial, but the majority of traits are more like Oregon Swallowtails. The two can be difficult to distinguish (and they probably produce hybrids).
