Podabrus extremus (LeConte)
Will update with better pics soon... This specimen fits Fender's description of the species: black pronotum, sides converging towards hind angles, which are acute, front of head and first 2 antennal segments pale (testaceous), and mostly black elytra with outer margins bordered with yellow.
