Scorpion Id - Paravaejovis waeringi

Scorpion Id - Paravaejovis waeringi
BArstow, San Bernardino County, California, USA
August 7, 2009
Size: 1-1/2-1-3/4
This scorpion was found during the day under my child's bed.

Not to worry
I'm going out on a limb here: this is either V. puritanus, or V. waeringi, I'm going with V. waeringi due to the narrow hands.

Painful sting, but that's all the damage it'll do.

yes, waeringi
waeringi have long fingers like serradigitus
