appears to be M. trifasciata
although I initially thought otherwise. Liljeblad states that M. trifasciata always has the elytra terminating with black whereas M. sexnotata always requires a pale apex. If it weren't for that, given your southern location, the completely orange pronotum, and largely pale elytra, I was guessing M. sexnotata. See Ilona's recent post of a male M. trifasciata.
