September 12, a few of these adult stink bugs were seen in the same area. I think that they may be the same species, Chlorochroa ligata was my original suggested ID. It subsequently has been suggested that Chlorochroa rossiana may be the correct species ID for the adult!

True Bug Nymph
Although there are no doubt wingless species, most true bugs have wings in the adult stage. I don't know much about true bugs, so someone else will have to provide the ID- though nymphs can be difficult.
