Holocnemus pluchei
While this individual is paler than many others, the pattern and shape of the spider's abdomen are very distinctive. It's a Marbled Cellar Spider, Holocnemus pluchei. This species is introduced and has spread rapidly across the southwestern United States. After seeing all of these photos, it occurs to me that there may be a relationship between the intensity of the spider's overall coloration and the temperature of where it lives. Area for future research...
