Nice.
Female horntail woodwasp, Urocerus gigas. Those appendages are not stingers. The long one is her egg-laying organ called an "ovipositor." Near as I can tell the short one is a drill used also to deposit a fungus that helps soften the wood for the larvae to bore into it.
