Size: 3 mm (approx.)
It crawled under a flower when I approached. Looks similar to a few genera in Bruchinae.

Near sweetclover
Although I found this on a tansy flower, it was near the patch of sweetclover where I photographed other sweetclover specialists this year. As a "bean" weevil it might be another sweetclover eater. I have not seen any of this beetle so far this year.
