Size: 5mm body length
Found when I pciked a small piece of wild flower plant and shook it over a red concrete retaining wall. This bug fell out of the plant on to the concrete. The plant was what is called Butter and Eggs in Newfoundland, a.k.a. Linaria vulgaria,a.k.a. common toadflax.
