Did you chill it to get it to sit still?

I'm no expert, but it looks like a Rhododendron Leafhopper (Graphocephala fennahi).

I don't know for sure on this
I don't know for sure on this particular one, but I usually keep bugs in the fridge for several hours and sometimes overnight if I don't have time for taking photos that day. Some bugs are not fazed even overnight and some take a while to come out of it.

Thanks for the info! I usually go with 15-20 minutes for these little guys, afraid that longer might kill them. Good to know - thanks!
