Identification
Forewings are pointed. Upperside is dark brown with darker rectangular spots. Hindwing usually has white fringe. (ref = cite:1179096, but link bad)
Range
Found from Panama, north through Central America and Mexico to central Texas. Strays can be found up to southern Arizona.

Adults are on wing from February to November. There are three generations per year.
