Idiocerus ? - Idiocerus stigmaticalis

Idiocerus ? - Idiocerus stigmaticalis
47.63051N 52.68766W (WGS84), Logy Bay, Northeast Avalon, Newfoundland/Labrador, Canada
August 12, 2009
Size: 7mm head to wing tips
I guess this photo must be of an Idiocerus adult because it was photographed on the Bayleaf Willow (Salix pentandra) mentioned in the post of this nymph:
Idiocerus ? - Idiocerus
Is it likely that the adult posted today and the nymph just referenced are the same species? I only got one image of this individual but I did get a dorsal shot of another adult which I will also post:
Idiocerus?

Idiocerus stigmaticalis
A male ... it's the only leafhopper with those bumps along the leading edge of the front wing.

Extra comments are a big help
Thanks for the extra information that you've been provifing. That is a big help. Is it OK top move the nymph photo to the Idiocerus stigmaticalis page, or is there still some uncetanity to that being the same species as this?
