[i guess we owe the 'definitely' thingy to your good ventral shot, Joe! =v=]

Genus Euchistus I believe.
Not sure on the species though- I think you typically need a ventral shot to be sure. I've seen a lot of E. ser*vus south of you in Missouri though- and they usually have the spiked edges on the pronotum too. (The ones I've seen at least). An expert may be able to tell you more.
