Cameraria ulmella is smaller with costal streaks more oblique and antennae ringed with brown on apical two-thirds only. (2)
Cameraria quercivorella has the white stripe along the inner margin ending just beyond the middle while with C. conglomeratella it covers the entire inner margin. (2)
