Hyperaspis
The white markings on the head distinguish the genus from the other "black with two red spots" lady beetles.

 
I should add...
...that not all Hyperaspis have white markings on the head, and then it gets hard to tell the genera apart again. But every black-with-two-red-spots ladybug that does have white markings is Hyperaspis.
