Nausibius
More than likely it's N. major Zimmerman, the rather rare native eastern U.S. species. It's barely possible that it is N. clavicornis (Kugelann), the stored products species, but it seems unlikely since that is even more uncommonly collected in the U.S. The two are very difficult to distinguish even with specimens in hand; from a photograph it's impossible.

Thank you
I do still have it - maybe I'll bring it to someone at the Smithsonian. Would they care or be interested at all, do you know?
