Perhaps no more than ten years ago, this invasive beetle wouldn't have been featured on this site. Today, it is becoming a part of some American hardwood forests at an alarming rate.

Yes, thanks for your comment. I didn't realize that this was an image that BugGuide.net was interested in acquiring until you mentioned it. I did realize, however, that this is a dangerous invasive species in the NE US. Thanks again!
