Spider on my window - Araneus marmoreus - Female

spider on my window. Web was on outside of window, and spider on web, between web and window. Body about 3/4" - 1" diameter. Larger than most spiders I see around my yard - thought it was worth a pic. Since it was so close to house, would like to know if dangerous.
