Great Blue Skimmer - Libellula - female

Great Blue Skimmer - Libellula - Female
Fort Bragg, Cumberland County, North Carolina, USA
September 16, 2005
Older female.

Moved
Moved from Great Blue Skimmer.

Possibly Slaty
This is another one that seems like it could also be a Slaty Skimmer. The dark area under the wing is a better match for Slaty; Great Blue usually does not show any dark spot under the wings. The femora also seem pretty dark to me.

Thanks Nick
Honestly I haven't worked on these for a long time. Feel free to move it if you'd like because I couldn't say one way or another at this point. Thanks!
