Tentatively 11213 - Grotella septempunctata
This is a species with a pristine terminal area (no markings at outer margin). There are still a few species in Grotellini for which we have no photos, and ranges may still be poorly understood (Walsh doesn't list this one at present). Needs further investigation. (no rsvp, thanks)

This specimen looks much closer to Grotella blanca. Notice the laterally displaced dot in the postmedial line, making the postmedial line almost angular. Compare to the postmedial line of sampita and septempunctata which are more curvilinear.

Also, the dots in septempunctata tend to be bolder than those in blanca and those in the specimen picture above.

I agree with Kevin. I think it is Grotella blanca.
