I looked through all of the Gnaphosa specimens in BugGuide and these are the only ones with this eye arrangement. There may be other examples, but it is very hard to tell on most of the pictures.

Of course eye arrangements can vary within a family as well. In this case I think it's both because of that and because it was created from an image the was at an odd angle. The original image is looking at an angle into the face instead of directly into the face.
