I found this on a clover blossom so I thought it might be Sitona hispidulus (Clover Weevil)  but it doesn't look like the ones on the guide page

several spp. live on clovers, but your northern location will probably reduce the array of species to guess from. I can safely say it is not T.picirostris.

Boris is right, this is certainly not T. picirostris (which has a 6-segmented funicle). It looks to be quite different from the other Tychius sp. in the guide too, so it'll be worth further attention.
