Tachinid from green caterpillar - Compsilura concinnata

I'm guessing that these and several others I've reared from caterpillars are Compsilura concinnata.

probably Compsilura concinnata
I think this probably is Compsilura, but it is quite difficult to identify these small, grayish tachinids from a photo alone.
