Size: ~2 mm
Hundreds of aphids were on stems of Canada goldenrod (Solidago canadensis) in grassy old field.

Moved from Aphids. Three species in this genus are recorded as feeding on Solidago canadensis; at some point I might see if there's a way to differentiate them from a photo (see the reference on the guide page).
