The Promachus hinei which is replaced in the Carolinas by Promachus rufipes (otherwise known as Lynette's Promachus). Dangerous large robbers they will take dragonflies, other large robbers and any sized butterfly or grasshopper. Note the differences in the leg color from Promachus rufipes.
