Size: 1 mm in diameter
Found on the bottom of an elm leaf.

Moved from ID Request. Mulberry whitefly is known to use elm as a host, so there's a good chance that's what this is.

Definitely a Whitefly nymph.
Definitely a Whitefly nymph. One that has the black body and white fringe, and commonly with the accumlated old skins on the back is Tetraleurodes mori, Mulberry Whitefly.
