Maybe..
but can't rule out the similar but smaller D. fasciventris; it's always helpful to provide size data and a ventral shot to identify species in this genus (and most other dytiscid genera).

 
On second thought
given the short and broad hind tibia (barely visible in this photo) and broad hind tarsi, this is a Cybister, most likely C. fimbriolatus
