Little Spiny Caterpillar
We call this little tiny caterpillar a ( packsaddle ) on the farm. I'm not sure what the correct identification term is but any farmer in east tennessee calls it a packsaddle. They also pack a powerful sting !

Saddleback Caterpillar Moth - Hodges#4700
Pretty cool looking. I've never seen one.
