A male of Synnevrus aequalis. This genus is closely related to Nysson.

Nysson?
This is a sphecid wasp in the subfamily Nyssoninae, possibly Nysson. It is one of those that are parasitic on other wasps. Nice shot of a rarely-photographed insect!
