Octonarius sinensis
Octonarius sinensis is found near this range and doesn't have the brush hairs. I'm pretty sure that's what this is.

Uloborus
From what I can see of the eyes, it does seem to match Uloborus. However, I've never seen one without the visible leg hairs. Can you get more shots of this one? Close-up of the eyes would be great... other angles, and even give us a description of the web and a measurement of the spider's body. Thanks!

I agree.
"Body language" is typical of Uloborus, too. I suppose one can't rule out an immature tetragnathid, but I lean toward Uloboridae, too.
