Black shouldered spineyleg?? - Dromogomphus spinosus

Black shouldered spineyleg?? - Dromogomphus spinosus
Pineville, Big Elk River, Missouri, USA
August 24, 2009
Size: 2-3 inches
I've found several possibilities for this but the black-shouldered spineyleg seems the closest to me, any help IDing it for certain would be much appreciated. Thanks, C

oh, the photo may not do justice to the colours so here's a description:

eyes were a definite jade green, the body seemed brown/black and the stripe was a very pale blue. The club was pulsating as I took the photo.

The hind legs look too long to be anything else.

Thanks
