Quite possibly Carolina
I'm rearing one myself, and the cryptic gray-green-brown pattern sets it apart from the non-native European and Chinese mantids.

Two other native Stagmomantis species are in the West and Southwest, but on the Guide their ranges don't reach Oklahoma. OK is the western end of the Carolina's range but it does occur there.

How did you ID her as a female? I think I have a male but I'm not sure:

neat pet, maybe Carolina mantid?
I guess you'll know what it is for sure before too long. To me it looks like it might be a young Stagmomantis carolina, which seem to vary quite a bit in color. I not an expert in these matters though, so maybe wait for more comments. And..welcome to Buggide!
