I'm guessing it is - for Bombylius major. If that's the case, no, that's a different animal:

Note differences in wing pattern, body shape and pattern.

FYI, bee fly is two words, since the critter is a fly. (One-worders, like butterfly and dragonfly, aren't really flies.)
