I think it's Eusattus pons Triplehorn
This one stood out from the bulk of E. reticulatus photos in the guide. Coarsely rugose elytra without clear longitudinal ridges, plus the strong convexity are key characters for E. pons. This specimen is from the northeastern limit of the reported distribution "from the Pecos River in west Texas to the Rio Nazas, Durango, Mexico" (Doyen 1984).
