Leafhopper - Orientus ishidae

Leafhopper - Orientus ishidae
Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota, USA
August 18, 2009
Any ID for this hopper? The green area along it's outer wing is very interesting. There seems to be a corresponding green marking along the inside of the leg. A second image shows a bit of that.

The pale spot on the wing is a patch of waxy platelets that are distributed over the wings and body by the hind legs to make the insect waterproof. In the process, some of the platelets get smeared on the legs.
