Jo Ann - We got an email from Sam Jaffe which says that
Heterogenea has that yellow ridge across the anterior that you see on page 38 in Wagner. No yellow, then Tortricidia. We asked Tom Murray to take a look, but were thinking these should all be moved to T. flexuosa. We'll let you know what we hear.

We would suggest Heterogenea shurtleffi
Wagner pg 38. Nice find. Didn't know they webbed leaves together.
