Hmm, looks like a very engorged larva of either an erythraeid or a trombidioid mite (both in the Parasitengona) upon which is an less engorged larval parasitengone. The latter mite may be feeding off the former one, in which case this is a great photo showing hyperparasitism!

...and not to mention a fabulous photo. I'll be interested to see what the experts say about all 3 bugs.
