On snow-on-the-mountain, Euphorbia marginata.

for the future: please make sure to move your pix from ID Request once a satisfactory ID has been obtained -- otherwise they clog the ID Request, which is why most experts are reluctant to ever go there

i very much hope you'll get a name eventually --
...due to your photos' quality, but with 200+ Eristalis images still sitting at the genus level, expect delays :-]
syrphids are very popular models among photographers, while experts are in dire shortage
