ID confirmed by Doug Yanega: "has to be querci"
his comment: "this is one is difficult; it has darkened elytral tips, but not quite as extensively dark as is typical for
facetus
. If the size listed (7mm) is accurate, then it can only be
querci
, though it's a little unusual for a
querci
. Maybe the most important thing is that the humeri are pale, even though I did not list that as a diagnostic feature in the guide; I don't recall ever seeing a
facetus
with pale humeri. So, this has to be
querci
."
