Here are, I believe the pits on the second segment of the metasoma--see Dr. Buck's key (here), and compare my image here with fig 2.9-2.10, showing, I think, that this is Stenodynerus.

Confirmation or refutation appreciated, of course! (See comments--this is Parancistrocerus sp.)
