Dryinid wasp? Before taking the photos and seeing it close up on the screen, I thought it might have been a Spider Wasp from the way it was moving.

Deinodryinus atriventris
Female Deinodryinus atriventris (Cresson, 1872). This is a very variable species in both color and sculpturing. Nice pictures!
