Probably ID'd, definitely nice shot!
Someone might come along and whack me with a heavy book about all the variations of
Hippodamia
species in the Southwest, but it sure looks like
H. convergens
to me.
This is a great image of a lady beetle doing what they do best - chowing down on dozens of aphids! I'm putting it on the Info page for genus Coccinellidae - scroll down to the "Food" section.
