This is deemed to be likely a Scythris, possibly Scythris fusciomella or a related species. Thanks to Bob Patterson and colleagues for help on ID.

Moved from Flower Moths. Looking at these images, they seem to match Scythris fusciomella. I know this is a poorly known group.
