Size: ~ 9 mm
Having difficulty trying to key this past genus (there are so many of them!) :-/

Identification
First, this is in the genus Phaenops. However, the image is not detailed/focused enough to distinguish if it is P. drummondi or P. lecontei. In my opinion there is no point to keeping it.
